Article Reprint & Use - Terms & Conditions

I actively encourage anyone to use any of the articles that I have written and posted here on the website.

I like to write 90% of what appears on this website, but do pay attention as there are some articles that I have used that have been authored by other writers. Please check with those writers before reprinting any of their articles.

 

If you would like to use my articles on your own website please observe the following rules:

All reference to 'Articles' means 'Articles written by the author, Brian Cotsen'

  1. All articles, written by the author, Brian Cotsen, must appear in their entirety... you may not use sections or edit parts of the articles.
  2. All links embedded in the articles, headings, subheadings, affiliate links within the article or resources box and within the authors bio box must remain active.
  3. You are not allowed to change the affiliate links found within any articles or any of the associated links.
  4. If, for reasons of layout, you need to split articles over 2 or more pages of your website, the article must be headed with a 'Continued...' heading and contain the active link within the heading.
  5. If, for reasons of layout, you need to split articles over 2 or more pages of your website, at the base of each page you must display the authors bio box with all active links included.
  6. You may not distribute any articles - either in emails or as part of your newsletter unless you contact Brian Cotsen first.
  7. You may not create a collection to distribute, articles written by Brian Cotsen.
  8. You may not charge money to view, distribute or otherwise use any articles written by Brian Cotsen.

I make it a priority to regularly check to see if any of my articles are appearing without the above guidelines being adhered to and I do not waste time.

The most effective way of handling such infringements is to hit those where it hurts most... in their pockets.

I will contact any associated affiliate programs and or search engines.

What often follows is that the offending website is either banned or dropped from any such programs without notice.
